Chapter 1 point 1

Been a while now, but got some motivation to start working on this again. Now, it's not the next chapter, but here's what has been added:

• Beginning story rework (mostly Silica's Arrival)
• Smithing menus overhauled
• Ecology side quest - Learn monsters stats for a given area
• Tidied up weapon list (NOTE: some weapon IDs from old file have been changed)
• added a few extra resource nodes
